Work is still in a downward trajectory but I must remember something happy every day.
Today I found that Douglas Hofstadter wrote a new book.
And realised that The Golden Compass has been made into a movie.

That is enough for now.

  • Reading therapy... it's a good one. Other than reading, shopping therapy works for me too.

But I still think taking a short break on the verge of breakdown is the BEST therapy of all.

Try it.. you'll enjoy life and work much better. :-)

  • Try not to feel down. Life has a way of coming up with good surprises, it might be something small but it makes all the difference.
Concentrate on what makes you happy.
And dont forget to take more breaks at work even if its just a 5 minute break you can close your eyes and relax ... it will make you feel better and will help you concentrate too :)
