Life has become unpredictable at work because someone screwed up the placement of drinks in the vending machine on our floor. What used to be a simple act now became a memory game, as I tried to remember for example, if the button for "Green Tea (not so sweet)" was surprising me with Lemon Barley instead. A few unclaimed packets of drinks laid within the dispensing chute as people gave up guessing.

It might sound pathetic to say this actually made work more fun.
But it had.
