Baking analogy at work. I'm frustrated that I no longer bake and hence can't bake as well as I used to. When customers ask me about baking, I have to bring bakers along to answer questions. This is utterly stupid cos I used to be the one people bring around to answer questions! My bakers don't want me to bake cos I'm slowing them down by asking them simple things I've forgotten, like how many eggs go into a cake? Or even, did someone move the oven?

I NEED to bake well again!!!
