How many IT people does it take to change a light bulb? The correct answer: IT people shouldn't change light bulbs. Janitors should change light bulbs. Why? Not because IT people can't do it, but because light-bulb changing is a function that can be identified, partitioned and executed at a lower cost by a janitor than by IT people. Changing light bulbs ourselves just doesn't make sense.
