I've a pair of knee length boots I bought some time back in Singapore, just because. They've only been worn a few times back home, mostly during the rainy season when I didn't want my feet to get wet, or when it wasn't too weird to go clubbing in them. Somehow they looked odd even then.
Now, they serve me nearly everyday in the chill here.

knee length boots can only be pulled off in certain situations and its sad, i mean they kick ass and the look great with shorts or a skirt even pants!

lots of Korean women wear it ... think it's partly the weather ... heard it's hot(heat), and partly the knowledge that it gives them "height". I quite like the style too. I noticed Australians do like the style too.
