When I phone mum, she never tells me to come home cos she misses me. Instead, she tells me I need to come home to read my mail. Well, mail will have to wait till next month when I'm home for good. :)

What I'm lusting for now is a Nooka watch. It challenges you to think everytime you need to read the time.

Some people believe we should run without music in order to listen to our bodies. But I'm listening to my body and it wants music when I'm running. Not running more than 3 days in a row is what I consider listening to my body.
