Baking analogy at work today.
Colleague: "The customer has a problem."
Me: "What problem? They have the cake and can eat it too."
Colleague: "That's precisely it."
Me: "What?"
Colleague: "They need help on how to eat it."
Me: "You mean they need me to teach them table etiquette, even though it's not in the baker's job scope."
Colleague: "Bingo."
