Sometimes I wish I could read while walking. I don't mean audio books. I don't like the idea of those cos to me, having a voice narrating the book will add dimensions to it which is unintended by the author. Will it be a male or female narrator? What kind of accent will he/ she have? Will I be concentrating on the way he/ she talks rather than focusing on the story? Besides, I love to see the written word.

I wish that there could be an invention to display book texts like some sort of subtitles along the bottom edge of my peripheral vision, like in a movie. Then I could multi-task and read while walking or attending a gathering. How wonderful!
