Baking analogy at work yesterday. I'm too soft. I don't have the conviction to remove an incompetent baker from the bakery despite his bad attitude. My boss stepped in to do it for me. I won't let this happen again. I won't let anyone under my charge drift so far, and I will not be so wishy-washy.

My boss also lent me the book Who Moved My Cheese?. So far, 3 colleagues have got copies of this book. I think $16 is too steep to pay for such a thin book but I don't mind borrowing it to see if it deserves the hype.
