Random thoughts Stray memories

Today's baking analogy at work: it's easier to bake than to describe cakes convincingly to potential customers so that they will buy cakes from you. Customers want to know how different pricing is if cakes are 2 tier or 3 tier. They want to ask how many eggs go into the cake mixture and why. They want to know if they can have more eggs in the cake mixture for the same price. They want to know how fast cakes can be baked, even on non-working days. They want to know if we deliver cakes overseas. They tell you about other cakes they've eaten before.

Sometimes I miss baking.
