Just learnt a new way to play pool with 3 players. The game is called Survivor and you play it like this: each player picks 5 balls, eg. 1 to 5, 6 to 10, or 11 to 15. To win, you have to pocket the balls which don't belong to you. The winner is the player whose pool balls remain the longest on the pool table. Kinda fun cos you can see how treacherously others play. :)
