Chewing on my second Vitamin C tablet this morning. It's orange flavoured and I think the limit is 4 per day. Hmm.. I normally don't take supplements but I impulsively bought 2 bottles of Vitamin C (or a grand total of 200 tablets) last week. Nowadays I seem to be so occupied that excluding breakfast, I only take one meal a week at home. I can't be getting much nutrition from the junk I tend to eat on my own initiative. :)
