Baking analogy of the day: my company is like a hotel and my bakery is like a lower-class eatery within it. Not high class enough to be a restaurant, but able to sustain itself cos everyone eats pastry even in bad times. However, since our hotel is 2-star locally, it's hard for our bakers to move to another 5-star hotel.. even if our bakery bakes delicious cakes.
