My Japanese colleague said there's a Japanese game show every year which takes place from Japan to USA. It starts off with a few thousand contestants at a stadium. They have to answer a question with Yes or No and split themselves into 2 huge groups. The group which answered wrongly will be eliminated. From then on, a decreasing number of contestants will be asked questions (not MCQ ones) and the subsequent questions will take place at the airport, on the plane (enroute to America) and in various locations in America. Those who fail to answer correctly will be sent back to Japan straight away. The prize will be a free trip to America (duh), so you're consuming your prize as you take part in the contest. Interesting.
